<br />EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
<br />Mr. Jurado is a professional engineer registered in the states of Florida and South
<br />Carolina with over 17 years of experience in surveying, civil, transportation and
<br />municipal engineering design. Mr. Jurado currently serves as the President of
<br />Premiere Design Solutions, Inc. and he is the professional in charge of all project
<br />coordination between PDS and its Clients. PDS currently serves as the Prime
<br />Consultant for Miami Dade Transit (MDT) and Broward County Transit (BCT), the
<br />two largest transit authorities in the state of Florida. Mr. Jurado has been the
<br />project coordinator for the professional engineering services work assigned to PDS
<br />with duties and responsibilities that include meeting on a regular basis with MDT
<br />and BCT officials to provide recommendations on scope of work and schedule for
<br />projects, meetings with governmental agencies having jurisdiction over project site
<br />locations to discuss and negotiate permitting requirements, complying with Federal
<br />Transit Authority (FTA) specifications, Tiger Grants, and quality control review. Mr.
<br />Jurado has led his team in transit improvements at more than 800 locations in over
<br />30 municipalities within Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.

<br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
<br />
<br />Miami-Dade County Surveying Pool Contract, Miami -Dade, Florida. Mr.
<br />Jurado has acted for the past several years as the project principal, ensuring
<br />adequate staffing and needs are met as required by this ongoing county contract.
<br />Up to date, under Mr. Jurado’s direction, three assignments have been
<br />successfully completed on this project.

<br />Continuous Professional Services for Federally Funded Projects, Miami
<br />Dade Transit, Miami-Dade County, Florida. The Continuous Professional
<br />Services for Federally Funded projects was a multi-year project to develop transit
<br />facilities that are funded through the FTA. The scope of work for this contract
<br />includes but is not limited to technical and operation planning, transit studies,
<br />environmental impact statements, permitting, engineering inspections, surveying,
<br />fire/life/safety consulting, cost estimating, structural, geotechnical, industrial,
<br />electrical, systems and mechanical engineering, architecture, transit and
<br />transportation planning in accordance with FTA requirements, design criteria, plan
<br />and specification reviews for federal compliance, design of new transit facilities,
<br />construction engineering and inspections, value engineering, project cost
<br />estimates and traffic studies. Mr. Jurado led Six work orders under this contract
<br />performing quality control review and analysis of FTA guidelines, project
<br />coordination and assisting MDT prioritizing transit improvements.

<br />Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Services for the Transit Division,
<br />Broward County Transit, Broward County, Florida. The A/E Services for the
<br />Transit Division project consists of providing comprehensive professional A/E
<br />services on a continuing term basis for the remodeling, renovation and new
<br />construction of transit facilities in which construction costs do not exceed $2
<br />million. The comprehensive services include but are not limited to existing facility
<br />and site documentation, existing facility assessments and evaluations, project cost
<br />estimating, project schedule development and analysis, facility programming,
<br />complete architectural/engineering design of buildings, on-site and off-site
<br />improvements, permitting assistance and procurement, bid/award support and
<br />concurrence, negotiation support, construction contract administration services,
<br />inspections, surveying, materials and contract compliance testing services,
<br />computer-aided and manually generated graphics support, preparation of
<br />narratives and other textual project support, photographic and video-graphic
<br />project support, building information modeling (BIM) project support, geographic
<br />information systems (GIS) project support and information system project support.
<br />Mr. Jurado has overseen over sixteen work orders under this contract performing
<br />scope and budget determination, coordination of project team, progress meetings
<br />with Client and negotiation of permitting requirements with regulatory agencies. 202
