<br />South Bulkhead Repairs Bay 165 - 177, PortMiami, Miami, FL - This Project at PortMiami comprised of the
<br />general construction necessary to repair a portion of the bulkhead walls in the area of South bulkhead from Bays
<br />165-177, including the installation of king piles, concrete cap, marine fenders, water stations and mooring bollards.
<br />Mr. Rivera was a survey crew member assisting in all field related surveying activities and in the generation of
<br />Topographic Survey drawing and later also in the Civil Engineering plans.
<br />
<br />North Perry Airport Park and Ride Facility, Pembroke Pines, FL - Mr. Rivera served as Survey Crew Member
<br />and CAD Manager for the development of a Park and Ride Facility at the North Perry Airport located on the
<br />northeast corner of Pembroke Road and University Drive in the City of Pembroke Pines. The site development
<br />included the surveying and design of the parking facility including a drainage and lighting system to serve riders of
<br />the Broward County Transit System, and new parking lot. Mr. Rivera assisted in the collection of field data and
<br />surveying services, and prepared surveying drawing and also design drawings for Broward County Transit and the
<br />City of Pembroke Pines.
<br />
<br />NE 10th Street & NE 7th Avenue Improvements in Dania Beach, FL. This project consists of extension of NE
<br />10th Street to the east to intersect with NE 7th Avenue and reconstruction of NE 7th Avenue from this intersection
<br />to the north to the intersection of Taylor Road. Project proposes water and sewer improvements along these
<br />roadway corridors. Tasks included topographic survey, design of civil plans, Utility coordination and worked with
<br />Broward County Environmental Regulation Division, Broward County Health Department and City of Dania Beach
<br />for Project permitting. Mr. Rivera was responsible for the generation base CAD Drawings and As-Built drawings
<br />for water and sewer utilities on this project.

<br />Water and Sewer Service, Trafalgar Development, Miami, FL
<br />PDS designed the new water and sewer services for the 116th Plaza, which was in septic tank and water well.
<br />PDS also processed permit applications with Miami Dade Water and Sewer Department, Miami Dade DERM, City
<br />of Miami and the Health Department. Construction Inspection Engineering Services were also part of the scope of
<br />work. Mr. Rivera was responsible for CAD drafting of all existing ad proposed features in this project.

<br />New Hope Church, Town of Southwest Ranches, Florida. Mr. Rivera was the Cad Manager and CAD Quality
<br />Control Manager involved in the design, permitting and construction certification for a church and children’s day
<br />care located along Dykes Road, north of Sheridan Street. The project consisted of lake and mitigation design for
<br />stormwater run-off collection, as well as paving and drainage design and potable water and sanitary sewer
<br />design. Project also included the drafting of topographic survey and generation of as-built survey drawings.

<br />FDOT District 4, Broward County Transit Bus Shelter Project, Broward County, Florida. This Design-Build
<br />project consists of providing ADA compliant bus shelters to 73 locations throughout the cities of Wilton Manors,
<br />Oakland Park and Pompano Beach, in Broward County. Mr. Rivera was the CAD Manager on this project
<br />responsible for setting up all drawings on this project, including topographic surveys and engineering drawings.
<br />This project required the coordination between the design team consisting of civil engineers, structural engineers,
<br />electrical engineers, shelter manufacturer and our surveying team. Mr. Rivera also assisted the field crew on this
<br />project by helping in the field data collection operation to be able to meet the strict schedule requirements set by
<br />the Design-Build Team.

<br />ADA Compliant Bus Stop Improvement, Village of Pinecrest, Florida - Mr. Rivera was the CAD manager and
<br />field data collector for this project which included the scope determination, alternatives selection, filed data
<br />collection, topographic survey and the generation of demolition, new construction, and maintenance of traffic
<br />plans. Project provided the client with the design for ADA improvements to 2 high profile bus stops locations, new
<br />bus shelters, concrete pads, sidewalks and amenities. Project included the coordination with the Village of
<br />Pinecrest, Miami-Dade Transit, and conduct underground utility verification, investigations and permitting.
<br />Regions Bank, Weingarten Realty, Pembroke Pines, FL - As CAD Technician for this project, Mr. Rivera
<br />drafted the water, sewer, drainage, cable and power infrastructure for the proposed 2-Acre site. PDS also
<br />processed permits with the City of Pembroke Pines, South Broward Drainage District, South Florida Water
<br />Management District, Broward County EPD Sewer, Health Department, FPL and ATT. Mr. Rivera also assisted in
<br />the Construction Inspection Engineering Services part of the scope of work.
