Vanderweil will be submitting for the services labeled below and <br />noted in the completed 6.1 Acknowledgment Form enclosed in the attachments. <br />• 3- Electrical Engineers <br />• 6- Mechanical, HVAC, & Plumbing Engineers <br />Enclosed within this package you will find the requested materials including similar projects, resumes, <br />references, state business licenses, staff certifications, and specified forms in the attachments section. If <br />selected, Vanderweil is willing to meet any location, budget, and/or task orders. <br />Current Workload <br />The key team members proposed for the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Continuing Professional Consulting <br />Services are fully available for this assignment. We will ensure that these individuals will be available to attend <br />all the necessary meetings, working sessions, and will produce all of the deliverables associated with each <br />project. As we do on every one of our projects, our approach is to have the design team that we selected <br />involved from the beginning through the completion of construction. R.G. Vanderweil Engineers, LLP <br />(Vanderweil) has selected these proposed team members because they have provided excellent service on <br />recent similar projects. <br />Vanderweil is local to Florida with our office in Miami. Our local resources are available to respond quickly to <br />any issues and needs in person. Vanderweil currently has over 450 staff with offices in Miami, Boston, Atlanta, <br />Washington, DC, New York, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Princeton, and Long Beach. Our organizational structure <br />enables us to reach out to any of our offices should the need arise for additional staffing resources and <br />expertise. The size and organization of our firm provides the flexibility to manage small to large scale projects <br />in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Our technical and design approaches coupled with project delivery have <br />been extremely successful, and have yielded client satisfaction with a repeat business ratio of 90%. We <br />consider this to be verification that we are providing a quality product with quality services. <br />Due to the firm's resources and staff, we currently maintain a manageable workload and do not foresee any <br />impact to proposed projects with the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />4 <br />
