<br />Rashidi is a plumbing engineer with 5 years experience in the engineering
<br />of plumbing systems for academic and laboratory projects. He oversees
<br />projects from begin to end, and plays an integral role in the success of project
<br />development through to completion. He has expertise in the sizing, coordination
<br />and field investigation of plumbing systems.

<br />Replacement of eight existing fume hoods with new Kewaunee Scientific
<br />fume hoods within four laboratories along with replacing the existing
<br />ductwork.
<br />U.S. Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, H
<br />Irma Station, Marathon, FL
<br />Engineering design services for the renovation of the Station Marathon
<br />for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast
<br />Guard. The site is made up of several buildings, including a two-story
<br />administration building, single -story office and storage building, and a
<br />boathouse which is a single -story building that houses a repair shop, and
<br />storage. The scope of design consists of interior renovation, infrastructure
<br />enhancements, fuel farm replacement, exterior lighting replacement and
<br />complementary plumbing, as well as mechanical and electrical power work
<br />for all buildings on the campus.
<br />Indian River State College, Building Q, Engineering Upgrades, Fort
<br />Pierce, FL
<br />The 10,000 sf radio station building. The lobby includes a new storefront
<br />glass and entryway with new lighting. Mechanical systems throughout the
<br />building were upgraded to remove the existing exterior chilled water make-up
<br />air unit and fan coil units. This provided two new 15 -ton chilled water indoor
<br />air handling units with all new supply and return ductwork, VAV terminal
<br />boxes with electric reheat and BAS controls.
<br />• Indian River State College, Workforce Training Center, Fort Pierce, FL
<br />A 50,000 gsf two-story academic training building consisting of electrical,
<br />plumbing, metal joining, automotive, computer/electronics, marine, aviation,
<br />and diesel laboratories as well as classrooms, administration offices, and
<br />conference rooms. The project is pursuing Green Globes® targeting four
<br />Globes.
<br />• Grove Central, Retail and Residential Development, Miami, FL
<br />A new 23 -story mixed-use complex located in the Coconut Grove District
<br />of Miami, FL. The 660,000 sf complex includes a 4 -story commercial retail/
<br />parking building of approximately 170,000 sf and three levels of retail. The
<br />residential building consists an apartment tower with 336 rental units. The
<br />building is designed per the Florida Green Building Silver requirements.
