<br />Mr. Eckardt was the project manager and engineer of record for this project which the preparation of specific purpose surveys
<br />at four locations at the Hard Rock Stadium, drainage design and underground utility investigation and design. The project had
<br />a very aggressive schedule, requiring to build two pedestrian bridges and two pedestrian tunnels at the Stadium in anticipation
<br />of the Superbowl LIV. Project also included the drafting and preparation of legal description and sketches for the dedication of
<br />land and aerial easements for the new structures in private property. The project total cost is $16 Millions.

<br />Project consisted of two transit improvement projects at over 70 locations throughout Miami-Dade County, in the
<br />Cities of Homestead, Florida City, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Miami Lakes, Surfside, Bay Harbor Islands,
<br />Aventura, South Miami, Opa-Locka, and El Portal. Project was Federally Funded and coordinated by the Miami-
<br />Dade Transit Department, and follows all ARRA and Federal guidelines and regulations. Mr. Eckardt was the
<br />Construction Manager and Quality Control representative in the project, and assisted in obtaining all permitting
<br />approvals from municipalities and county agencies. Project included the ADA accessibility and pedestrian safety
<br />improvements to bus stop locations, new bus shelters and amenities, new sidewalk and reinforced concrete pads.

<br />Mr. Eckardt is the Consultant Project Manager in this multi-year contract for Continuous Professional Services for Federally
<br />Funded Projects, to develop transit facilities funded through the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). The scope of work
<br />includes but is not limited to: technical and operation planning, transit studies, environmental impact statements, permitting,
<br />surveying, fire/life/safety consulting, cost estimating, structural, geotechnical, industrial, electrical, MEP, architecture, transit
<br />and transportation planning in accordance with FTA requirements, design criteria, support negotiation of full funding grant
<br />agreements, plan & specification reviews, design of new transit facilities, construction engineering and inspections, value
<br />engineering, project cost estimates and traffic studies.

<br />Mr. Eckardt is the project manager for this project to design modifications to the existing configuration of Taxiways
<br />“A” and “D” as they intersect and approach Runways 9L and 13 at the west terminus of the Airport. Mr. Eckardt
<br />has been responsible for design and coordination of demolition plans, new pavement design, runway and taxiway
<br />lighting design, pavement markings and signage, stormwater pollution prevention plans, construction phasing and
<br />staging, access route designation. Mr. Eckardt provided construction administration support until closeout.

<br />Project included design services, permitting and construction management services for the improvement at 73 locations along
<br />FDOT right-of-way in Broward County, FL. This Design-Build Project included the enhancement of transit facilities, including
<br />ADA improvements, utility coordination, civil design, permitting and construction inspections. This project also included the
<br />design of custom made state of the art bus shelter facilities to replace exiting or be added at these locations. Mr. Eckardt was
<br />the project manager responsible for completing designs and coordinating subconsultants and prepare submittals and address
<br />permitting comments. The project total cost was $2.5 Million.
