BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />The Project is generally described as follows: design, <br />permitting, bidding and construction phase services for the <br />installation of 16 and 12 inch water main loop that will loop the <br />west, north and east sides of the expanded lease parcels that <br />are south of Taxiway C west and north of Lee Wagner <br />Boulevard. <br />This water main upgrade is required in accordance with the <br />Water System Master Plan prepared by EAC Consulting, Inc. <br />This project included the design, permitting and full time Engineering support for the construction of those <br />improvements that this area of the airport required. This project is also known as phase two of the West Water Main, <br />being an extension of a recently installed phase one West Water Main improvements to the South of this project. <br />The Scope of work of this project includes the following task: <br />Coordination with County and Government to expedite the <br />project. <br />Design and Permitting of the water main system. <br />Utility locating services to meet local system criteria <br />Provide Engineering Services during construction to certify <br />the completion of the project <br />Premiere Design Solutions Staff’s role in the project is: <br />General civil engineering services. <br />Obtaining Engineering Permits for the project. <br />Bidding and awards services. <br />Construction Management and Engineering during <br />construction services. <br />Full time inspections <br />Project Closeout and record drawing preparation <br />61
