Longitude is a sub-consultant to Ross Engineering. The Surveying Scope of <br />Services is enclosed as Attachment B – Professional Surveying Services Fee Proposal. <br />Deliverables <br />Signed and sealed topographic surveys <br />200 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES <br />The work proposed in this task will provide for the project’s detailed design development <br />considering elements from the review and evaluation of existing documentation and <br />infrastructure. Site visits will be performed to verify existing conditions, analysis of existing <br />utility locations, review of geotechnical investigations, assess horizontal alignment <br />considerations, incorporation of material selections, and confirm the design criteria upon <br />which the project is to be based. <br />Ross Engineering will prepare simplified project schedules for the duration of the project; as <br />well as prepare and submit progress reports for the duration of the design and permitting <br />phases detailing the services performed. Progress reports will be submitted along with the <br />invoices. <br />201 – 30% Design Submittal <br />For the completion of this subtask, the following are the items and/or activities: <br />Ross Engineering shall prepare construction drawings for review and approval by WASD. The <br />30% design submittal shall consist of 24”x36” drawings with a 20:1 scale and project <br />components including: <br />Review of existing as-builts <br />Coordination with Sunshine One Call of Florida to request design ticket <br />Request utilities for the project limits and incorporate into the plans <br />Perform project site visit <br />Prepare project site narrative <br />Preliminary layout with proposed pipe location and stub-outs <br />Page 90
