BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br /> <br />CPE provides expert coastal engineering services to Manatee County for the development and implementation of innovative <br />cost-effective solutions for their highly successful coastal management program. Over the years, our engineers, biologists, <br />geologists, and numerical modelers have assisted the County with strategy and planning efforts, geotechnical studies, <br />feasibility studies and coastal engineering design, advanced numerical modeling, state and federal permitting, agency <br />coordination, construction phase services, hardbottom and artificial reef monitoring, mitigation planning and design, project <br />performance monitoring, and funding acquisition assistance.
