(CGA), was selected as part of the design team <br />under Synalovski, Romanik, Saye Architects (SRS) to enhance Windmill Park for the <br />City of Coconut Creek. Enhancements included new concrete sidewalks with exercise <br />stations throughout the site, restroom building, expanding the existing parking areas <br />with two new parking lots, reconstruction and repositioning of the tennis courts, a <br />small and large dark park which included dog wash stations and agility equipment, <br />a new ADA-approved play apparatus, and site furnishings throughout the site. SRS <br />provided Architectural services for the new Restroom Building, and site layout. CGA <br />provided civil, landscape and construction services to provide landscape, grading, <br />and drainage including exfiltration trench and retention areas, water and sewer <br />improvements to the site. Pavement markings, utility coordination and permitting <br />was also included in the civil scope. <br />Professional Landscape services included tree inventory for the project, tree removal/ <br />relocation permit to meet City requirements, and the proposed planting plan including <br />city requested berms for privacy and enhanced planting and irrigation. Construction <br />Observation and Administration Services included periodic construction field <br />representative observation services for the construction of site utilities, parking lot <br />and associated drainage system improvements, sidewalks and final site grading. <br />Permitting was required through City of Coconut Creek and Broward County Surface <br />Water Management. <br />The project was completed in September 2018. <br />X X <br />X <br />113
