(CGA) has been providing Continuing Professional <br />Services for the City of Dania Beach’s Public Services Department since 1997. <br />Historically, CGA has worked on DRC reviews, permit reviews, and water, sewer, <br />park improvement, drainage and roadway design projects for the City. The current <br />engineering continuing services contract includes miscellaneous engineering design <br />projects, such as the current water main improvement project which includes 2000 <br />LF of new 12” watermains, as well as providing “as-needed” services to the Public <br />Services Department including Civil Engineering, Surveying, Electrical Engineering, <br />Traffic Engineering, and Construction Services. <br />The CGA team is currently responsible for review of the engineering/utility/ROW <br />permit applications submitted through building services department as well as <br />consultant management and project oversight for city water, sewer, stormwater, <br />roadway and CIP projects. The CGA team also provides assistance to the Deputy <br />Director and Director for numerous other public works services such as addressing <br />resident complaints, miscellaneous tasks for the City Manager, and other city <br />engineer day to day tasks. <br />CGA is successfully helping the City by staffing an in-house engineer and <br />supplementing with additional staff as needed for plans review and other project <br />related tasks. <br />X <br />X X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />128
