Services include: <br />Roadway, Traffic and Transportation Engineering services <br />including roadway design, signal design, maintenance of <br />traffic "M.O.T.", traffic studies, second order storm drainage <br />improvements, inspections, underground utility upgrades <br />and other services as needed. <br />Land Development, Civil-Site and Drainage Systems; <br />engineering services for site developments projects to include <br />planning, civil site and drainage improvements, preparation <br />of construction documents, budgeting, approval, permitting, <br />bidding, construction, final project closeout upgrades and <br />other services as needed. <br />Architectural Landscape; architectural services for the <br />enhancement of areas which can include landscape design <br />of parks, greenways and recreational facilities, pedestrian <br />and bicycle networks, signage, general beautification projects <br />and other services as needed. <br />Surveying and Utility Locates; technical services to develop <br />topographic and boundary plans, locate underground utilities, <br />perform exploratory borings, generate location maps, collect <br />GIS data and other services as needed. <br />Construction Inspection; technical services for on-site <br />construction inspection, certify construction to technical <br />specifications, monitor project schedule, review pay <br />applications, support project management activities and <br />other services as needed.
