<br />Ms. Martinetti has over 16 years of engineering experience designing and managing projects within many local municipalities. Her roadway
<br />design experience includes design for milling and resurfacing, widening, roadway reconstruction, safety improvement projects, neighborhood
<br />enhancements, ADA upgrades and compliance, drainage improvements, signing and pavement markings, traffic control plans, storm water
<br />pollution prevention control plans and complete streets incorporation. Her experience also includes utility coordination, participation in the
<br />quality control process, and local agency program (LAP) coordination, including agency certification assistance. She has the advanced
<br />maintenance of traffic certification required to design and permit traffic control plans and has extensive experience with JPA’s and LAP projects
<br />including Transportation Enhancement Program and CIGP. Her project management experience also includes design and retrofit of parks,
<br />roadways, water mains, sewage force mains, lift stations, fuel station, site development and design, neighborhood improvement projects, and
<br />stormwater projects as well as permitting, bidding documents, engineering during construction and project close-out.

<br />Nova Drive Complete Streets improvements Project
<br />Davie, Florida
<br />Project manager and engineer of record for Nova Drive, from Davie Road to east of University Drive, to widen a portion of the corridor
<br />from 2 lanes to 4 lanes and implement complete streets initiatives including reducing lane widths, traffic calming measures such as a
<br />roundabout, adding bike lanes and sharrows, upgrading signalization, pedestrian improvements, signing and pavement marking plans,
<br />MOT, drainage modifications, lighting, and tree removal/relocations. This project is grant funded and almost complete with construction.
<br />A major FPL relocation was necessary in order to construct the new roundabout. 2014-Present, Senior Project Manager, Previous Town

<br />Broad Causeway LAP Project
<br />Bay Harbor Islands, Florida
<br />Senior project manager for design and construction document preparation for adding a paved shoulder to the Causeway and replacing
<br />the pedestrian handrail along the waterways bridge. The project is an FDOT Local Agency Program (LAP) funded project requiring
<br />coordination and submittals to FDOT D6, including using their electronic review comment (ERC) system, as required due to the federal
<br />funding. Assisting the Town with their LAP Certification process is also included.

<br />Rickenbacker Causeway
<br />Miami-Dade County, Florida
<br />In-house project manager as a sub-consult for the design build team with Kiewit Construction for the rehabilitation of the Rickenbacker
<br />Causeway’s West Bridge and the rehabilitation and expansion of the Bear Cut Bridge. CGA’s scope included hydrographic and topographic
<br />survey, drainage design, lighting, and signing and pavement markings. The Bear Cut Bridge was widened to accommodate a protected
<br />multi-use path in both directions and an 8’ bike lane adjacent to traffic in both directions as well as improvements to both approaches
<br />requiring coordination with two of the County’s adjacent future projects. The existing cross slope and bridge deck structure were modified
<br />impacting the existing drainage and requiring permits through Miami Dade County’s Regulatory & Economic Resources Department and
<br />South Florida Water Management District. CGA coordinated the bridge circuits during construction as well as providing new lighting for
<br />the widened bridge and new multi-use paths.
