(CGA) was contracted by the City of Tampa to provide Arborist services and Landscape Plan Review. CGA provided an environmental specialist to review wetland projects as well as a Landscape Plan Reviewer to assist the City with required landscaping for new and renovated land development projects. CGA provided review and approval of planting plans for site plan development, inspected construction sites to ensure compliance with approved tree protection plans, prepared reports, processed associated paperwork and data entry, and worked with individual developers, builders, homeowners, and other customers to assist in ensuring compliance with the City’s landscape code and tree protection ordinance. 2019 Phillips Plat Collects the field data, complies and submits the monitoring reports for 8.6 acres of tidally influences mangrove habitat recognized as a Local Area of Particular Concern by Broward County. The site required the installation of flushing canals within the mangrove habitat, hand clearing of invasive species, and the construction of a bermed freshwater storm water management area within the mangrove habitat.s Miramar Pinelands Miramar, FL Collects the field data, complies and submits the monitoring reports for 31.9 acres of wetland restoration located on Broward County Park land at the historic head of the Snake Creek slough, containing open water and wet prairie habitat. North Shore Oceanview Park Miami Beach, Florida Environmental Specialist. Conducted tree inventory and vegetation survey, which was reviewed by Miami-Dade County. 2018 65
