Design of the landscaping and irrigation around the new building addition and main entrance into the <br />hospital, as well as all of the permitting through the City of Pembroke Pines. <br />2011 2012 <br />Memorial Regional Hospital Data center <br />Hollywood, Florida <br />Developed plans and details for the relocation of vegetation and new planting associated with a data center facility along the boundary <br />areas of the healthcare campus. <br />2005 2007 <br />Joe DiMaggio children’s Hospital Vistor’s clubhouse - connie’s corner <br />Hollywood, Florida <br />Developed plans and details for the design of a restorative garden with a playground area specifically for the use by children users of the <br />Joe DiMaggio facility. Special attention was made to the creative design process branding and the selection of equipment, furnishing and <br />site design details that accommodated for at-grade-level activities for wheelchair-bound users. The design concept for the park initiated <br />from the checkerboard pattern of a mowed baseball field which influenced the safety surface design and provided a colorful impact for <br />the patients and families of this important facility. <br />2000 2000 <br />Middle Beach Recreational corridor <br />Miami Beach, Florida <br />Responsible for all irrigation design for a 2-mile long multi-use trail linear park to be constructed on State lands. The irrigation design <br />is consistent with the City’s standards for product selection, specification and maintenance. The system was designed for water <br />conservation strategies and minimal impacts to the environment. CGA’s fees: $534,000. <br />2012 Ongoing <br />Vista Park <br />Weston, Florida <br />CGA developed the master plan for Vista Park which is adjacent to Cypress Bay High School. With four soccer fields and four baseball <br />fields, this park is well utilized by Weston residents as well as the high school. Special detailing of the edges of the fields were designed to <br />address the clay and sod areas by creating header curbs to separate those areas. The design, construction documents and construction <br />administration was provided by CGA. Cost: $5.5 million. <br />2002 2006 <br />77
