This has been one of the key ingredients to the firm’s success
and longevity in Florida.
As technology continues to evolve, time seems to collapse and the
need to manage the flow of work becomes more critical. Priorities
change, deadlines move and it is not only important that deadlines are
met, but also the quality of the work and deliverables must be
maintained. Having one Principal Point-of- Contact (PPC) for each client is essential to meeting the client’s
expectations and deadlines. The PPC learns the process through which the client orders and schedules the work and
insures that specific needs of each project are communicated internally correctly and efficiently. Havi ng one person
also insures that deadlines are tracked and can quickly be communicated to the client when issues arise or conflicts
occur. If or when these occur, the PPC can quickly communicate the issue to the Client and if necessary, scope
modifications can be developed.
The PPC will assign the work to the Project Manager (PM) having the appropriate work experience to oversee the field
work and / or laboratories. The PM will schedule and coordinate the work with the field technicians. The PM will also
write the report and incorporate all the appropriate documentation. All reports will go through the quality control
review process insuring it is in compliance with the applicable regulations. The final report shall be submitted by the
PPC with the appropriate invoice for the services performed.
Permitting, Grants, Presentations, Guidance
GBTS has experienced staff who can hit the ground running to assist the City with the permitting requirements and
plan preparation, permit expediting, and providing regulatory agency liaison services. We maintain a multi-disciplinary
professional staff which consists of individuals with degrees in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Biology,
