The focus of this project was three main areas of the Brownfiel ds Area, <br />including a proposed Linear Park located along the FEC Railroad, the Lincoln Park area (a former incinerator which was currently under - <br />developed and was impacted by the perceived presence of contamination), and a general Environmental Inventory of designated <br />commercial strips throughout the Brownfields Area. <br /> <br />For the Lincoln Park Project, GBTS prepared a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, an EPA -required Quality Assurance Project Plan <br />(QAPP), and a Preliminary Phase II Environmental Site Assessment.
