GBTS conducted an Interim Source Removal (ISR) of petroleum -affected soils. GBTS <br />prepared the pre-construction environmental documents in preparation for construction of a City Park, which included A Soil Management <br />Plan (SMP), Dust Control Plan (DCP), and Health & Safety Plan (HASP). GBTS also prepared a Conceptual Engineering Control Plan (ECP) to <br />provide the design for a safe cap across the further park to prevent direct exposure to underlying arsenic -affected soils. <br /> <br />Cost: $60,000 Size: 2 Blocks Project Director: Craig C.
