<br />GBTS provide environmental consulting services related to their acquisition, financing, and redevelopment projects in Florida . The bulk of
<br />the work was completed in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties, but also extends northward into Palm Beach and Mar tin Counties. EE&G
<br />performs a wide-range of environmental consulting services, including environmental due diligence services (Phase I ESAs, Phase II ESA,
<br />Asbestos-Containing Building Material Surveys, Lead-Based Paint Assessments, Indoor Air Quality and Mold Assessments), regulatory-driven
<br />environmental services (Site Assessment Reports, Remedial Action Plans, Source Removal, Tank Closure Assessments, Groundwater
<br />Monitoring Only Plans, and Engineering Control Verification), Brownfields Consulting Services, and mold-abatement services. For the past 3
<br />years, EE&G has completed the following volume of services for the Client.

<br />Gallagher Bassett Technical Services Division (GBTS), formerly EE&G Environmental Services, LLC, has been performing frequent and
<br />ongoing environmental consulting services throughout the project during the design of th e Maurice Gibbs Memorial Park. Tasks include:
<br />Review records obtained from Miami-Dade County DERM and to develop a background of the site and understanding of the team’s
<br />redevelopment objectives; Participate in all meetings providing consultation and prep are reports as needed; Provide a professional
<br />geologist to prepare a budget for remediation, monitoring, and Engineering Control Maintenance inspections; Prepare a Soil Ma nagement
<br />Plan and Engineering Control Plan including a Dust Control Plan, Air Monitor ing Plan, and a Health and Safety Plan.
