ATTACH ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED. <br /> <br />OTHER GENERAL ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES GBTS CAN PROVIDE UPON REQUEST <br />Gallagher Bassett Technical Services (GBTS), (formerly EE&G Environmental Services, LLC) is the environmental <br />consulting, risk engineering, industrial hygiene and environmental construction management operating unit for Gallagher <br />Bassett Services, Inc.; Gallagher Bassett is the risk management division of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE:AJG). WCD was <br />acquired by Gallagher in July 2018 after 30 + years of providing comprehensive professional environmental consulting, <br />engineering, industrial hygiene, remediation management and hazardous materials management services to the NJ/NY <br />metropolitan real estate market. We continue to do so as a Gallagher Bassett company, with the added benefit of <br />providing unprecedented resources, skills, insurance and financial stability. The following is a summary of our <br />professional areas of specialization in order to assist the City. <br />Asbestos Consulting & Management Services <br />GBTS's asbestos program is directed by two (2) full-time Licensed Asbestos Consultants (LAC). The LAC’s oversee an <br />experienced technical staff consisting of project managers, building inspectors, and project monitors to ensure the <br />delivery of consistent, high quality services. Initial and annual training of all GBTS personnel meets the requirements of <br />the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA). <br /> <br />GBTS also specializes in asbestos inspections, microscopic analysis of suspected asbestos -containing materials, <br />monitoring and analyses for airborne asbestos, the design and implementation of asbestos abatement projects, and <br />operations and maintenance (O&M) programs. Our graphics capabilities feature AutoCAD® software that generates <br />rapid reproductions of building floor plans and provides greater detail and overlay options. Asbestos consulting services <br />include: <br /> Building Inspections. <br /> Contractor Oversight and Performance Evaluations. <br /> Air Quality Testing. <br /> O&M Programs. <br /> Preparation of Plans and Specifications. <br /> Compliance Monitoring. <br /> Expert Witness Testimony. <br /> Employee Awareness. <br /> <br />Asbestos Consulting for EPA and AHERA Compliance- <br /> Perform AHERA required inspections and re-inspections. <br /> Develop AHERA Management Plans. <br /> Perform asbestos surveys, to include bulk sampling, analysis, and survey reports. <br /> Perform Pre- renovation, Pre-demolition asbestos inspections. <br /> Develop and implement Operations and Maintenance Plans. <br /> Develop asbestos abatement specifications. <br /> Provide air monitoring and on-site project monitoring services. <br /> Provide cost estimates for asbestos abatement and monitoring services. <br /> Provide contract administration. <br /> Provide final project closeout reports. <br />
