GBTS has access to a wide range of technical experts capable of addressing all potential staffing requirements <br />of this project. We have approximately 110 full-time personnel in addition we can pull resources from other divisions <br />of Gallagher Florida offices. <br />In such a case where the City would need additional work performed GBTS has network throughout North America <br />and more than 200 Environmental Health & Safety professionals (EHS) and an additional 200 field professionals <br />throughout the US. We believe no firm is better positioned to assist with the City’s Environmental needs than GBTS. <br />GBTS provides a unique combination of local expertise and the consistency that stems from a centralized review and <br />process. <br />That being said, GBTS can support the City with experienced staff should emergency deadlines or workload require <br />more manpower. GBTS offices are completely staffed and operational Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm. Staff <br />is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. <br />CURRENT WORKLOAD AND CAPABILITY TO PERFORM ADDITIONAL WORK <br />The staff of GBTS can serve the city, as needed, providing environmental / engineering / IAQ services. Bringing to the <br />City over 35 years of experience, we will not require the re-organization of our workload or see a need to “staff-up” if <br />awarded this contract. GBTS is currently at 75% capacity and are fully prepared to proceed to meet any demands set <br />forth by this contract. We always strive to find ways to improve our performance and the satisfaction of our clients. <br />The City has our commitment that the key personnel presented in this proposal will have sufficient availability to <br />manage this contract smoothly and effectively.
