Mr. Gonzalez serves as the Testing Project Coordinator/QC Manager under Mr. Francois Thomas. He is a certified CTQP QC Manager. He supervises the field technicians, reviews reports for accuracy and daily billing, and communicates effectively with Contractor personnel. He is responsible for the scheduling and logistics of all field personnel and equipment. His daily responsibilities include administrative control, site management and generation of progress reports. MIAMI-DADE COUNTY RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Mr. Gonzalez performed (or is currently performing) Scheduling of Field Technicians, <br />Billing, site management and generation of progress reports for the following Miami- <br />Dade County projects: <br /> Samson Oceanfront Park, City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. TSF provided Auger-Cast Pile Inspection and Construction Material Testing Services for the Samson Oceanfront Park located in the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The project consists of a compact beach park with a playground, pavilion and showers. TSF services included laboratory testing and grout sampling/testing and reporting. Sampling and Laboratory Testing included testing compressive grout cylinders. TSF technicians performed flow cone testing on grout; and molded compressive strength test grout cylinders. A TSF Certified Technician observed Auger-Cast Pile Inspections. A TSF Senior Engineer provided review of daily reports, handled project coordination and attended meetings as necessary. <br /> SkyHouse @ University City, Sweetwater, Florida. Mr. Gonzalez was the Project Coordinator for SkyHouse @ University City development located at SW 170th Avenue in Sweetwater, Florida. The project includes the construction of a new 15-story, 470,487 gross square foot University Housing which includes retail, pool deck, and a 303-space parking garage along with the associated site work. TSF also provided auger-cast-pile installation observation, Geotechnical Engineering and Material Testing Services. Mr. Gonzalez handled daily management of inspectors and laboratory services and attended progress meetings with clients to ensure owner satisfaction with work production. Cargo Gates Modifications & Process Improvements, Miami, Florida. TSF is currently providing Construction Material Testing and Special Inspection Services for the Cargo Gates Modifications & Process Improvements located within the Port of Miami. The project includes modifications and process improvements to the cargo gates and new drainage lines as well as Reinforcing Steel and Structural Steel Inspections for connections, bolts and welds for the Security Gates Buildings and canopies. TSF services include laboratory testing, soils and concrete sampling/testing, and reporting. Sampling and Laboratory Testing includes Modified Proctor values on subgrade and base material; LBR tests on subgrade and base materials; Test compressive strength concrete cylinders for foundations, slab-on-grade, and miscellaneous. TSF technicians are performing In-Place Density testing on slabs, subgrade, base and utility backfill material; Conducting slump and temperature testing on concrete; and Molding compressive strength test cylinders. A TSF Certified Building Inspector is observing reinforcing steel in foundations, slabs, structural steel, connections and all inspections necessary to comply with permitted construction documents and inspection plan. <br />102
