<br />PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Mr. Duque has over 12 years of project management experience in geotechnical laboratory testing, soil classification and related construction testing/inspection operations. He has been involved in numerous projects for the public and private sectors including: Miami-County, Various Cities within Miami-Dade County, Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) (District IV, VI and Turnpike), Port(s) (Miami and Port Everglades), South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), School District(s) (Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe and Palm Beach) etc. Mr. Duque’s experience includes coordination, monitoring and evaluation of subsurface explorations, laboratory studies, construction operations and assistance in geotechnical report preparation. <br />I-75 Express Lanes – Segment A/B Broward and Miami-Dade Counties,
<br />Florida. Mr. Duque served as the Assistant Project Manager for the I-75 Express Lanes – Segment A/B located in Broward and Miami-Dade County. The project extends from just north of NW 170th Street in Miami-Dade County at milepost 3.485 to approximately 2,400 feet south of Miramar Parkway in Broward County at milepost 1.080, for a total distance of approximately 3.1 miles. The project also includes reconstruction, widening, and milling and resurfacing of the HEFT mainline from 1.45 miles south to 1.13 miles north of I-75 to accommodate the Express Lanes Median to Median Direct Connect between I-75 and the HEFT, as well as other interchange ramp connections. This corridor includes fourteen bridge structures, several associated MSE Walls, about 20,000 linear feet of sound walls, Toll Gantries, CCTV poles, High Mast Light Poles, and Overhead Sign Structures.

<br />SW 328 Street from US-1 to SW 162 Ave. Miami-Dade County, Florida. Mr. Duque is currently serving as the Project Manager for the SW 328th Street form US-1 to SW 162nd Avenue in Miami, Florida. TSF services include laboratory testing, soils and concrete sampling/testing and reporting. A TSF Senior Engineer is available to review and sign reports, handle project coordination and attend meetings.
<br />SR-997 Culvert at Krome Avenue and C-102, Miami, Florida. Mr. Duque served as the Project Manager for SR-997 Culvert at Krome Avenue and C-102 located in Miami, Florida. TSF services included laboratory testing, soils, and concrete sampling/testing, and reporting. TSF also provided vibration monitoring observations. A TSF Senior Engineer provided review of daily reports, handled project coordination and attended meetings as necessary.
<br />Doral 4200, Doral, Florida. Mr. Duque served as the Project Manager of the Construction Material Testing and Threshold Inspection Services for Doral 4200 located in Doral, Florida. This project consists of four five-story residential buildings, clubhouse/pool area, five-story garage, on-grade parking, and site amenities including utilities, sidewalks, pavers. A TSF Senior Engineer provided review of daily reports, handled project coordination and attended meetings as necessary
