<br />PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Mr. Rosa has more than 15 years of experience providing construction materials testing and laboratory services. For the past 12 years, he has been the managing senior laboratory technician for AASHTO, CMEC and FDOT certified/validated laboratories. He has worked on hundreds of projects throughout South Florida including over 2,000 public sector projects for clients such as FDOT, St. Lucie County, Martin County, Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Miami-Dade County.
