Mr. Martinez provided QA/QC Concrete and Earthwork Testing for Segment C of the I-75 Express Lanes Project which extends from approximately 2,400 feet south of Miramar Parkway at milepost 1.080 to approximately 4,000 feet south of Sheridan Street at milepost 4.645 in Broward County, for a total distance of approximately 3.6 miles. N. Miami Avenue Bridge Replacement, Miami-Dade County, Florida. Mr. Martinez was the Certified Inspector of the QC Services for the N. Miami Avenue Bridge Replacement, located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. TSF services include laboratory testing, soil sampling/testing, and reporting. Mr. Martinez provided soil testing for the project. NE 2nd Avenue Seacrest-Beautification Project-Phase 1, City of Delray Beach, Florida. Mr. Martinez provided QC Testing Services for the NE 2nd Avenue Seacrest-Beautification Project located in the City of Delray, Florida. The project consists of, but is not limited to, decorative sidewalks, pavers, milling and resurfacing asphalt, landscaping and lighting. SE 3rd Street, Belle Glade, Florida. Mr. Martinez was the Certified Inspector of the QC Services for the SE 3rd Street located in Belle Glade, Florida. provided soils testing, concrete for the reconstruction and resurfacing/ widening of SE 3rd Street in Belle Glades, Florida. Also monitored removal of muck (2 ± feet) and placement of geo-grid fabric prior to placing backfill. Soils testing by nuclear methods took place during utility backfill, embankment, subgrade and base installation. Concrete testing took place for structures and curbs.
