Mr. Martinez is currently the Certified Inspector of the QC Services for the Don Soffer School – Flashing Signals located in the City of Aventura, Florida. The project consists of the installation of drilled shafts along NE 213th Street intersection with NE 3100 Block and NE 3200 Block. Mr. Martinez is currently performing Drilled Shaft Inspections for the project. I-75 Express Lanes Segment D from South of Sheridan Street to North of Griffin Road, (Design Build) Broward County, Florida. Mr. Martinez provided QC Concrete and Earthwork Testing for the design and construction of Segment D of the I-75 Express Lanes Project which extends from approximately 4,000 feet south of Sheridan Street at milepost 4.645 to approximately 800 feet north of the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) C-11 Canal Bridge (north of Griffin Road) at milepost 8.344 in Broward County, for a total distance of approximately 3.7 miles. I-75 Express Lanes Segment C, from south of Miramar Parkway to Sheridan Street, Broward County, Florida. Mr. Martinez provided QA/QC Concrete and Earthwork Testing for Segment C of the I-75 Express Lanes Project which extends from approximately 2,400 feet south of Miramar Parkway at milepost 1.080 to approximately 4,000 feet south of Sheridan Street at milepost 4.645 in Broward County, for a total distance of approximately 3.6 miles. SR-710 Reconstruction from Martin/Palm Beach County Line to Pratt Whitney Entrance, Palm Beach County, Florida. Mr. Martinez was the Certified Inspector for the QC services for the improvements to SR-710 which includes the reconstruction from Martin/Palm Beach County line to Pratt & Whitney entrance from 2 to 4 lanes. Improvements included new embankment, subgrade, base, milling and resurfacing of the existing lanes, new shoulders, proposed guard rail placements, drainage modifications, new signing and pavement markings and other minor improvements within the construction limits. 109
