BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) TSF provided Geotechnical Engineering Services for the Gateway Park Pedestrian Bridge located in The City of Sunny Isles, Florida. The project consists of the construction of a new pedestrian bridge over State Road No. 826 Westbound. The purpose of this study was to explore the subsurface conditions within or in close proximity to the pedestrian bridge to enable an evaluation of foundations for the construction. TSF’s geotechnical field study included SPT borings. Provided a geotechnical engineering report including geotechnical evaluations and recommendations regarding foundation, bridge, pile monitoring and construction considerations regarding excavations. <br />The project was completed on time and within budget in 2014 25.
