BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) TSF performed a Geotechnical Engineering Study for the Cultural Pavilion at Triangle Park. The project consists of a single-story cultural pavilion encompassing an area of approximately 9,200 square feet, walkways and associated site work. The purpose of this study was to explore the subsurface conditions at the site to enable an evaluation of acceptable foundation and pavement systems for the construction. TSF’s geotechnical field study included SPT borings and borehole permeability testing. Provided a geotechnical engineering report including geotechnical recommendations regarding, site preparation, foundations, floor slab, utilities, and construction considerations regarding excavations. <br />The project was completed on time and within budget in 2019 25.
