<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RFQ# 18-05-24 Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services: Construction Testing and Inspections <br />RFQ# 20-70-01 <br />Continuing Professional Consulting Services <br /> <br />Civic Center Park Expansion, Miramar, Florida. TSF provided Construction Materials Testing Services for the City of Miramar Civic Center Park Extension project in Miramar, Florida. The project included parking lot repairs, new walking trail and concrete slab installation for a pre-fabricated pavilion. TSF technicians performed In-Place Density (IPDs) Tests, Proctor Test; and Concrete tests. <br />Completed on time and within budget in 2017 Ansin Sports Complex – Phase 2 Fitness Building, Miramar, Florida. Provided Construction Materials Testing and Inspection Services for Ansin Park Phase II Fitness Building. The development included construction of a 2,400-square ft. building, and associated site work (concrete plaza). The structure had shallow foundations, slab-on-grade, masonry walls and roof truss system. Site development included utility backfill. TSF provided soils, concrete, and laboratory testing. <br />Completed on time and within budget in 2017 <br /> Historic Downtown Revitalization, Miramar Parkway Streetscape, Miramar, Florida. TSF provided Construction Materials Testing Services for the Historic Revitalization Miramar Parkway Streetscape, SW 8th Av. to SW 69 Way, project in Miramar, Florida. The project includes new bike lanes, curbs, sidewalks, pads, drainage and asphalt installation. TSF provided soil, concrete, and laboratory services. Completed on time and within budget in 2018 Lakeshore Park, Miramar, Florida. TSF provided Construction Materials Testing and Inspection Services for the Lakeshore Park project in Miramar, Florida. The improvements include a new playground, pavilion, asphalt sidewalks and parking lot, pavers and concrete curbs. TSF provided soil, concrete, and laboratory testing services during construction. Completed on time and within <br />budget in 2019 <br /> Forcina Park, Miramar, Florida. TSF perfromed a geotechnical engineering study provided at Forcina Park located at 8001 Miramar Parkway in Miramar. This project consists of park upgrades including, a new soccer field, an installation of new modular restrooms, removal of the existing ballfield and basketball courts, a new monument sign, goal nets and a perimeter fence. TSF’s geotechnical study included, SPT borings and Double Ring Infiltrometer Testing. Provided a geotechnical report regarding geotechnical recommendations including, site preparation, foundations, floor slabs, utilities and construction considerations regarding excavations.. <br />Completed on time and within budget in 2019 <br />74
