<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RFQ# 18-05-24 Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services: Construction Testing and Inspections <br />RFQ# 20-70-01 <br />Continuing Professional Consulting Services <br /> <br />NW 84th Avenue Sidewalk Extension, City of Sunrise, Florida. TSF provided construction material testing services for NW 84th Avenue located in the City of Sunrise. This project consists of the installation of approximately 350 linear feet of new sidewalk. TSF’s construction material testing services included, modified proctors, LBR testing, sample pickups and in-place density testing. <br />Completed on time and within budget in 2020 Sunrise Municipal Complex, City of Sunrise, Florida. TSF provided a geotechnical study for the Sunrise Municipal Complex located at 10770 West Oakland Park Boulevard in Sunrise. This project consists of, a five-story City Hall and a four-story parking garage structure and a single-story building at the amphitheater. The purpose of this Geotechnical study was to explore the subsurface conditions at the site to enable an evaluation of an acceptable foundation for the construction. TSF’s geotechnical engineering study including SPT borings and borehole permeability testing. Provided a geotechnical report including geotechnical recommendations regarding, foundations utilities, construction excavation and dewatering, site preparation procedures and a test program. <br />Completed on time and within budget in 2020 <br /> Roarke Hall Splash Pad, City of Sunrise, Florida. TSF provided a geotechnical engineering study for Roarke’s Hall Splash Pad located at 1720 NW 60th Avenue in the City of Sunrise. This project consists of a new splash pad on the North side of the existing pool. TSF’s geotechnical field study included SPT borings. Review of the “Soil Survey of Broward County Area, Florida”, prepared by the USDA NRCS. Provided a geotechnical engineering report including geotechnical recommendations regarding site preparation, engineering fill, utilities, and construction excavation and dewatering. <br />Completed on time and within budget in 2018 Sunset Strip, City of Sunrise, Florida. TSF performed a geotechnical engineering study for the Sunset Strip Park located between Hiatus Road and NW 109th Ave in the City of Sunrise. This project consists of park improvements including restrooms, pavilions and light poles. The purpose of this study was to explore the subsurface conditions at the site to enable an evaluation acceptable foundations system for the construction. TSF’s geotechnical field study included SPT borings, auger borings and borehole permeability tests. Provided a geotechnical report including geotechnical recommendations regarding, foundations, ground floor slabs, utilities, construction excavation and dewatering, soil parameters for light poles, site preparation procedures, and pavement. <br />Completed on time and within budget in 2019 <br /> Welleby Park Expansion Project, Sunrise, Florida. TSF provided geotechnical engineering services for the Welleby Park Expansion located at 11100 NW 44th Street in the City of Sunrise. This project consists of two, single-story buildings. One building will be restrooms, and the other building will be an addition to one of the existing buildings. The purpose of this study was to explore the subsurface conditions at the site to enable an evaluation of acceptable foundation systems for the construction.
