Provided a geotechnical engineering report including geotechnical recommendations regarding site preparation, foundations, floor slab, utilities, construction excavation and dewatering, pavement, and construction considerations regarding excavation. Completed on time and within <br />budget in 2016 <br /> TSF also provided special inspection services for the Welleby Park Expansion project. This project includes a new dog park with restroom buildings, an 800 square foot addition to an existing community building, new spray ground and playground. Construction of a Safety town and a new lakeside plaza which includes a boardwalk. TSF’s special inspection services included observations of precast concrete columns and all inspections necessary to comply with permitted construction documents and inspection plans at pre-cast plant and jobsite. Provided weekly documentation regarding inspection results to appropriate parties. TSF provided a final compliance letter stating all inspected work was performed as per Florida Building Code, project specifications and the City of Sunrise. Completed on time and within budget in 2018 Sunrise Athletic Complex Park Renovations, City of Sunrise, Florida. TSF performed a geotechnical engineering study for the Sunrise Athletic Complex Park Renovations located in the City of Sunrise. The project consists of renovating park playing fields (soccer/football/baseball/softball fields) including re-sod and drainage improvements, renovating and expanding existing south parking area to the east, new multi-purpose building (about 15,000 square feet) along with five new basketball courts, new concession building, new parking, and renovating and new restroom buildings. The purpose of this study was to explore the subsurface conditions at the site to enable an evaluation of acceptable foundation systems for the construction. Field work included SPT borings, auger borings, BHP tests, pavement cores. Provided a geotechnical engineering report including geotechnical recommendations regarding site preparation, Foundation soil preparation requirements; Foundation types, depths, allowable bearing capacities, and an estimate of potential settlement; Pavement subgrade; and Comments regarding factors that may impact construction and performance of the proposed construction. Completed on time and within budget in 2017 <br /> Pine Island Road & 50th Street Athletic Complex Site Wall, Sunrise, Florida. TSF provided special inspection services for Pine Island Road and 50th Street Athletic Complex Site Wall located in Sunrise. This project consists of a new 1,240 linear feet of precast concrete site wall and posts. The site wall is along the northern property line and a portion of the western property line. TSF’s special inspection services included observing precast wall and post construction, and all inspections necessary to comply with permitted construction documents and inspection plan at pre-cast plant and jobsite. Provided weekly reports documenting inspection results to appropriate parties. Provided a final compliance letter, by a Florida Professional Engineer, that all inspected work was performed as per Florida Building Code, project specifications and City of Sunrise requirements. Completed on time <br />and within budget in 2018 Veteran’s Memorial Park Project, Sunrise, Florida. TSF provided special inspection services for Veteran’s Memorial Park Project located at 5400 N. Nob Hill Road in Sunrise. This project consists of constructing improvements at the Nob Hill Road Passive Park Site (Veteran’s Memorial Park). TSF’s special inspection services included, observing precast concrete columns (precast concrete units) and all inspections necessary to comply with permitted construction documents and inspection plan at pre-cast plant and jobsite. Provided observation of reinforcing steel in foundations, slabs, masonry walls, truss connections, and all inspections necessary to comply with permitted construction documents and inspection plan for the restroom building. Provided weekly reports documenting inspection results to the appropriate parties. Provided a final compliance letter, by a Florida Professional Engineer, that all work was performed as per Florida Building Code, project specifications and the City of Sunrise’s requirements. Completed on time and within budget in <br />2020 <br /> <br />76
