L.Y.E. will work with the City to address and develop individualized <br />project plans for each task order to account for the unique nature of each project. <br />During planning stages, L.Y.E.’s Project Manager and required personnel will meet with other required <br />disciplines and the County’s representatives to review the project goals and objectives and conduct a walk <br />through if necessary to discuss budget and timeline and ultimately develop and action plan to ensure the <br />City a successful project, completed on time and within budget. <br />Clearly expressed goals, coupled with clear communication throughout the project, allows our team to <br />focus on the City's highest priorities and tailor our services to deliver the best solutions to help achieve, <br />or exceed, your goals. Throughout each stage of the project, L.Y.E. <br />will continue to meet with the project representatives to ensure <br />activities are focused on your established goals, objectives, and <br />schedule. <br />L.Y.E. believes that good engineering and quality of experience are improved when you realize the <br />significance of listening and understanding and communicating properly and in a proactive manner.
