Construction Engineering Inspections <br />Approach and Understanding <br />Lakdas/Yohalem Engineering, Inc.’s (LYE) approach will be primarily based on communication, site visits <br />and any available as-built drawings that the City of Sunny Isles may have. Our extensive level of similar <br />experience, designated Project Management support staff this will allow us to meet, exceed and surpass <br />the City of Sunny Isles Beach’s expectations. <br />LYE the support staff will develop a scope of services, communicate, and discuss alternatives and provide <br />a budgetary cost estimate for each discipline. Once a Contract and Notice to Proceed has been issued, LYE <br />will mobilize the necessary resources to perform on-site condition survey design services within an <br />established timeline. LYE will provide progress of the work with weekly progress meetings and daily site <br />e-mails to the City Project Manager. We will carry out each task in a timely, thorough, and methodical <br />manner and address all alternatives to provide the most professional and cost-effective services.
