Cost: $3.5M <br />Henry Perry Education Center Conversational Renovations and Remodeling, Miramar, FL – renovations and <br />remodeling that converted an existing middle school to an educational center. Project included administrative <br />office renovations, restroom additions, teacher’s lounge remodeling, daycare classroom remodeling and clinic <br />remodeling. Services included inspections, structural design, and condition surveys. Const. Cost: $800,000 <br />Marco Island Middle School, Marco Island, FL – Project Manager for the remodel/renovation. Structural site <br />condition survey, structural analysis design, construction phase services and special inspection services. <br />Hallandale High School Re-Roofing, Hallandale, FL – reroofing, roof design, structural improvements, analysis, <br />and inspections. Services also included wind mitigation and condition survey. Const. Cost: $1.4M <br />Oakridge Elementary School, Hollywood, FL – Project Manager for the roof design, wind mitigation and condition <br />surveying, construction administration for a 180,000 SF re-roofing for existing school buildings 1-4. Const. Cost: <br />$40,000 <br />Young Circle Amphitheater, Hollywood, FL – Project Manager for New Amphitheater venue, located at Young <br />Circle which included the design of structural system housing the new amphitheater, as well as, threshold <br />inspections.
