The CAS Team will prepare an opinion of probable construction cost in accordance with the American Association of Cost Engineering (AACE) at the following stages of each assigned project (as needed): •30% schematic design •60% design development •90% design development •100% construction documents Cost estimates will be prepared for guidance in project evaluation and implementation from the information available at the time the estimate is developed. The final costs of each project will depend on actual labor and material cost, competitive market conditions, final project scope, implementation schedule, and other variable conditions.
