(former Mathews Consulting) <br />Subconsultant: CAS <br />Key CAS Staff: Stephen C. Smith, James F. Driscoll, Robert Keener <br />Scope of Work: Survey and subsurface utility engineering to locate existing utilities at water <br />treatment plant site for record drawing updates. Utility locates included establishing benchmarks, <br />horizontal control, depth, size, material and utility type including updated utility record drawings. <br />This project was completed within budget though there were delays in completion due to <br />misinformation provided by the owner reg arding the soil conditions in the project area.
