He also is responsible <br />for project coordination with clients, municipalities, permitting agencies and contractors to ensure that <br />projects meet their budget goals and are completed within the scheduled timeframe. In addition, Mr. <br />Caruso has extensive experience in developing utility master plans and providing technical reporting to <br />regulatory agencies for water and sewer projects. Mr. Caruso also has extensive experience in document <br />preparation for grant funding assistance. He retains an Associates Degree in Engineering Technology <br />from Middlesex County College. Mr. caruso wlll provide any addltlonal design support, technical report <br />writing and grant administration assistance (as needed) for the duration of the contract. <br />Keith Schriner, Design/Field Engineer. Mr. Schriner received a degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil <br />Engineering from the University of Central Florida with focus in water resources. Mr. Schriner has been <br />responsible for the design and construction management of several wastewater lift stations at the City <br />of Margate, Hardee County's Wauchula Hills Gravity Sewer Extension Project -Phase V, City-County <br />Public Works Authority (CCPWA) -Avenue R & 4™ Street Sanitary Sewer Extension consisting of <br />2,550 linear feet of 8" gravity sanitary sewer including seven (7) manholes and Spring Lake <br />Improvement District Wastewater Treatment lift station and force installation. Mr. Schriner also <br />provided technical support for an SRF funding application for over $2 million associated with the City <br />of Lake Worth Beach's Lake Osborne Estates Water Main Replacement Project which entails the <br />replacement of over 16,000 linear feet of old asbestos concrete and galvanized steel water mains. Mr. <br />Schriner wlll be providing design, pennlttlng and construction management services for water <br />distribution systems, wastewater conveyance/collectlon systems and granVtoan funding assistance <br />support. <br />SURVEY & MAPPING <br />Robert D. Keener, P.S.M., Vice President of Surveying, has been licensed in the State of Florida for 22 <br />years and with over forty (40) years of surveying experience in utility design, construction and master <br />planning. As Vice President of the CAS Survey Division, Mr. Keener heads a qualified survey staff that <br />includes both CADD and field personnel. His staff is proficient with the latest survey technology <br />available to the industry. Mr. Keener will serve as Principal Surveyor for all surveys and will coordinate <br />all survey activities with various disciplines as needed. All utility related components such as 2D <br />Ground Penetrating Radar, 3D Radar Tomography, Utility Surface Mapping, Utility Excavations, etc. will <br />be certified by Mr. Keener. Mr. Keener holds a Florida Surveyors and Mappers License and is a <br />member of the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society of Florida. Mr. Keener wlll be responslble for <br />coordinating all surveying and mapping efforts for the duration of the contract. <br />CADD <br />Mike Marenco, CADD Manager, has 15 years of experience in computer aided design and drafting as it <br />applies to survey, engineering and utility construction fields. Mr. Marenco is responsible for managing <br />the CADD staff and ensuring deadlines for engineering or survey basemap plans are met. Mr. Marenco <br />is also proficient in preparing detailed drawings, layouts, exhibits, topographical maps, and graphic <br />representations of survey information as well as engineering projects such as water distribution, sewer <br />collection, paving and drainage systems. Mr. Marenco wlll be responslble for coordinating with the <br />engineering and survey staff for all drafting.related tasks for the duration of the contract. <br />CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION <br />Tony Gomes is a Senior Field Representative.
