Mr. Gomes wlll be providing cons truction Inspection services for the duration of the <br />contract. <br />Wllllam Tanto is a Project/Field Utility Coordinator. Mr. Tanto provides assistance to the Project <br />Engineers for the inspection of work accomplished and materials furnished by the contractor with <br />specialized expertise in utility pipeline (water and wastewater), roadway, drainage and bridge <br />construction. Mr. Tanto wlll be providing construction Inspection services for the duration of the contract. <br />SUBSURFACE UTILnY ENGINEERING {lJTILnY LOCATES) <br />James F. Drlscoll is the Director of Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE). Mr. Driscoll has 29 years of <br />experience in the engineering, survey and utility locates fields. Mr. Driscoll coordinates the utility <br />locate crews that perform horizontal locates as well as vertical utility locating using both vacuum <br />pothole excavation, electromagnetic induction (EM) for toned utilities, 2-D ground penetrating radar <br />(GPR) and 3-D scanning (radar tomography). Mr. Driscoll wlll be responslble for coordinating all <br />aspects of subsurface utlllty engineering (utlllty locates) as needed for the duration of the contract. <br />Alan Lopez is the Utility Locates (SUE) Field Supervisor. Mr. Lopez has 19 years of experience in the <br />survey, utility locating and utility construction fields. He has performed or overseen in excess of 5,000 <br />vacuum soft digs and conduc ted thousands of 2-D ground penetrating radar studies and 3-D radar <br />tomography scanning's for buried utility mapping efforts.
