Our general project approach is as follows: <br />PHASE I -PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING <br />•Meeting with City Staff to develop the <br />project scope (for each work <br />authorization as assigned} <br />•Develop a fee proposal to match the <br />project scope as per established fee <br />schedule <br />•Finalize the scope and proceed with a <br />kickoff meeting with the City Staff <br />•Perform Pre-Design Field Condition <br />Assessment <br />•Develop Project Prioritization and <br />Phasing (as needed} <br />•Conduct Modeling/Feasibility Studies & <br />Reports (as needed) <br />•Provide Grant Funding <br />Assistance/Admin istration (as needed} <br />•Finalize Design Criteria <br />•Prepare preliminary (conceptual) <br />engineering design/plans <br />•Outline specifications <br />•Prepare preliminary construction cost <br />estimate <br />•Public Involvement/Community <br />Outreach (as needed) <br />CAS shall develop project scope, prioritize and phase design work for projects in a manner that will avoid <br />schedule conflicts and allow for an efficient flow of work. CAS believes a high level of consistent <br />communication will be essential in providing a successful completion of the assigned projects. Our <br />management team will maintain a high level of communication with continuous accessibility to CAS <br />staff and all other team members (sub-consultants).
