BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, end cost) CAS pro vided professional engineering services for the installation of the water and sanitary sewer improvements included approximatel y 6,125 linear feet of 8" water main and 5,277 linear feet of 8" gravity sanitary sewer including connection to 51 private residences and the decommissioning of septic tanks and potable water wells. This project was funded through a multi-year special legislative appropriation. The project design costs, including construction management, were $189,628 and project construction costs totaled $1,249,013. Project construction began in March 2017 and was completed in October 2017 on schedule and under budget by $417,948.
