<br />Mr. Lazowick was introduced to civil engineering and construction by his
<br />grandfather, Mr. Bill Keith, founder of the firm. He is eager for the challenge
<br />to be the third family generation professional working to provide quality
<br />developments within the South Florida community.
<br />Mr. Lazowick has gained experience in civil engineering design projects including water, sewer
<br />and drainage systems, roadway design, permitting, and construction administration services.
<br />He understands the importance of working together as a team to quickly identify and establish
<br />project goals and achieve successful results in the most expedient and cost effective manner.
<br />His qualifications include knowledge with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Navisworks, Revit, BIM, Microsoft
<br />Office, computer networking, and he possesses excellent communication skills.
<br />Construction Engineering Inspections (CEI) / Resident Project Representative (RPR): Mr.
<br />Lazowick’s field construction supervision and inspection experience includes a diverse array
<br />of project classifications from aviation, roadway, recreational, residential, commercial and
<br />governmental projects. His responsibilities consist of confirming contract compliance with plans
<br />and specifications, measurements and quantities, tracking critical activities, document events,
<br />resolving discrepancies, daily reports, record as-built plans and specifications, schedule testing
<br />and certifications and safety. He has been authorized by Homeland Security for FAA Air-side
<br />Airport Access and Escort Clearance and Movement Ramp Driving at Fort Lauderdale Hollywood
<br />International Airport and is familiar with BCAD Operations policies and procedures.
<br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Lyons Road Median Improvements, Coconut Creek, FL: KEITH served as the construction engineering inspection and contract manager to the City of Coconut Creek Department for General Engineering Services Contract for this FDOT funded Local Agency Program (LAP) roadway improvement project. KEITH served in the capacity of CEI Project Manager on behalf of the City to manage enhancements of a roadway median project along Lyons Road between Copans Road and Coconut Creek Parkway. The project included coordination with the City, the design engineer, FDOT and the site contractor. KEITH was directly responsible for all FDOT, LAP, EEO and Davis-Bacon Wage Rate Compliance monitoring and interviews. KEITH’s Resident Compliance Specialist Dawn McNaught coordinated monthly record compliances with the contractor to ensure all EEO and Davis-Bacon Wage Rate requirements FDOT procedures were properly followed in accordance with the FDOT Local Agency Program agreement. KEITH’s Resident Project Representative, Frank Steward, coordinated daily performance of the contractor’s construction engineering and inspection work for verify compliance with the design plans and specifications.
<br />City of Pompano Beach Miscellaneous Civil Engineering Services, Pompano Beach, FL: KEITH
<br />has served as the General Engineering Consultant for the City of Pompano Beach for over 16 years
<br />on an as needed basis. All services of the firm are utilized including planning, civil engineering,
<br />surveying, subsurface utility engineering, and landscape architecture.
<br />Broward County Parks and Recreation Projects – District 2 Park Improvements:, Broward County,
<br />FL: Mr. Lazowick provided construction engineering inspections for the final stages of this re-
<br />construction associated with the recreational facilities of two major County parks.
<br />• Quiet Waters Park – Project included existing entrance and exit roadway to be
<br />reconstructed, construct toll booth and gate house, construct new 8’ wide concrete
<br />pedestrian walkway from gate house, construct 1 story CBS maintenance building, and
<br />pool area improvements.
<br />• Tradewinds Park (South) – Project included construction of new gatehouse, overhaul
