<br />BCWWS Water and Waste Water Services Continuing Contract, Broward County, FL: Broward County Water and
<br />Wastewater Services is implementing a new septic tank elimination program which consists of short sanitary sewer runs
<br />to serve small pockets of previously unserved properties. KEITH is providing engineering services for water distribution,
<br />wastewater collection and storm water collection systems. As the Prime consultant, KEITH is providing design and
<br />construction support services throughout the county related to the septic tank elimination program.
<br />City of Deerfield Beach General Engineering Services, Deerfield Beach, FL: KEITH has served as the General Engineering
<br />Consultant for the City of Deerfield Beach for over 14 years. KEITH is providing on-going continuing serves as needed
<br />including engineering and surveying and mapping services to the municipality. KEITH also provided plan review
<br />services.
<br />Broward County Water Reclaimed Water Plant Expansion, Broward County, FL: KEITH served as a subconsultant to
<br />Brown and Caldwell and was responsible for performing the pre-design, detailed design, bidding and permitting
<br />services, as well as engineering services during construction for the expansion of the existing reclaimed facility to
<br />increase its capacity.
<br />Broward Health North Emergency Department Expansion, Deerfield Beach, FL: Broward Health North received
<br />approval for an estimated $70 million construction project that would address key facility needs that included
<br />construction of a new Central Energy Plant; development of a new building façade that would serve to modernize
<br />the appearance of the facility; rectify water intrusion problems; expansion and redesign of the current Emergency
<br />Department; renovation/Construction of new Surgical Suites and Cardiac Central Care Unit; general refurbishment of
<br />patient care and public areas. As a subconsultant to Perkins + Will, KEITH provided engineering, landscape architecture,
<br />construction administration, and engineering services. All design packages for the project including; SD, DD, CD’s and
<br />as-builts were provided utilizing Building Information Modeling in accordance with Broward Health BIM Execution Plan.
<br />City of Pompano Beach Design/Build Pier Beach Parking Garage, Pompano Beach, FL: The new Pompano Beach Pier/
<br />Beach Parking Garage is located at the southeast corner of North Ocean Blvd. (S.R. A1A) and NE 3rd Street on a 3.5-
<br />acre site. The new parking garage includes five stories, 625 parking spaces, speed ramp to facilitate access to higher
<br />levels of the garage and some retail space on the ground level fronting NE 3rd Street and the new Pier Street. As part
<br />of the design-build team, led by Kaufman Lynn Construction, KEITH was responsible for Planning, Surveying, Utility
<br />Coordination/Investigation, Civil Engineering, Landscape Design, Permitting and Construction Inspection of the project.
<br />Hallandale Beach Fire Station 7 and Emergency Management Facility, Hallandale Beach, FL: The building program and design for the City’s new main fire rescue headquarters and emergency management facility were developed to achieve LEED Silver Certification and include a 25,000 SF, two-story complex with four apparatus bays and living quarters for up to 16 firefighters. In addition to on-duty fire rescue staff, the building will house the City’s Fire Prevention Bureau including office space for fire inspectors, plans review and public education. KEITH is providing Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture and SUE services.
<br />Pompano Beach Fire Station No. 24 Design/Build, Pompano Beach, FL: KEITH, as a subconsultant partner to Currie
<br />Sowards Aguila Architects and West Construction, is currently providing engineering design and permitting, project
<br />coordination, surveying, landscape architecture and construction services for the replacement of the existing Pompano
<br />Beach Fire Station No. 24 located at 2001 NE 10th Street. The scope of work includes design and construction for this
<br />new two story, multi-bay fire protected building. New utilities and services along with new landscaping, 23 parking
<br />spaces, offices training room and an exercise room on the first floor.
<br />Tamarac Fire Station No. 78 Design/Build, Tamarac, FL: KEITH, as a subconsultant partner to West Construction, is
<br />currently providing civil engineering, permitting, traffic engineering, landscape architecture and construction services
<br />for the replacement of the existing Tamarac Fire Station 78 located at 4801 W Commercial Blvd in Tamarac, Florida. The
<br />9,300-SF facility will be construction with LEED-certified products. As a Design/Build project, KEITH has been an active
<br />participant in determining costs and cost alternatives to keep overall costs within the anticipated budget.
