47 <br />TAB F - FIRM REFERENCES & SIMILAR WORK COMPLETED: CIVIL ENGINEERING <br />STEPHEN WILLIAMS, PE <br />Page 2 <br />Engineering Inspired Design. <br />City of Oakland Park, Community Redevelopment Area (CRA), Oakland Park, FL: Mr. Williams served as the Project <br />Manager. In order to spur development and to create developer interest in the City, officials undertook the task of creating <br />a CRA. His Team, along with sub consultants EDSA and Iler Planning Group, developed the Local Activity Center (LAC) <br />zoning and Design Guidelines for future development downtown. He played a pivotal role in the planning, engineering, <br />consensus building and ordinance and guideline development throughout the project. Following the Commission’s <br />approval, the design team developed the CRA Master Plan which was also approved by the City Commission. This was <br />followed by County Commission approval and the development of inter-local agreements between the City and the <br />County. <br />City of Oakland Park, CRA Urban Design Review, Oakland Park, FL: Mr. Williams served as the Project Manager. <br />Provided an urban design review for CRA. <br />Everglades Holiday Park, Broward County, FL: KEITH is providing comprehensive design, permitting, bid and <br />construction phase services associated with site improvements at Everglades Holiday Park. The improvements include <br />renovation, construction and/or reconstruction of boat docks, boat ramps, parking, ancillary buildings, limited utility <br />infrastructure, other minor park related amenities and improvements. This project will include LEED “Green” <br />design principles. Mr. Williams is serving as the project manager and Engineer of Record. <br />City of Oakland Park Downtown Master Plan, Oakland Park, FL: As the Client Project Manager, master planning, <br />conceptual stormwater and utility design for a two-acre park in downtown Oakland Park, north of the Dixie Highway <br />and NE 38th Street intersection. <br />FDOT and City of Naples, 36-Inch Raw Watermain, Naples, FL: Mr. Williams served as the Project Engineer. During the <br />design of the new interchange at Golden Gate and I-75 in Naples, it was determined that the 36-inch raw watermain <br />providing water to the main City of Naples water treatment plant would need relocation. Design of this major relocation <br />effort in the I-75 area. The pipe and other components were designed around the proposed FDOT improvements and <br />placed in areas that would allow the City easy access should maintenance issues arise. <br />Hallandale Fire Station No. 7 and EOC Headquarters, Hallandale Beach, FL: The City’s new main fire rescue headquarters <br />and emergency management facility were developed to achieve LEED Silver Certification and includes a 25,000-SF, <br />two-story complex with four apparatus bays and living quarters for up to 16 firefighters. In addition to on-duty fire <br />rescue staff, the building will house the City’s Fire Prevention Bureau including office space for fire inspectors, plans <br />review and public education. KEITH provided civil engineering, landscape architecture and SUE services. <br />Pompano Beach Fire Station No. 24 Design/Build, Pompano Beach, FL: KEITH, as a subconsultant partner to Currie <br />Sowards Aguila Architects and West Construction, is currently providing engineering design and permitting, project <br />coordination, surveying, landscape architecture and construction services for the replacement of the existing Pompano <br />Beach Fire Station 24 located at 2001 NE 10th Street. The scope of work includes design and construction for this new <br />two story, multi-bay fire protected building. New utilities and services along with new landscaping, 23 parking spaces, <br />offices training room and an exercise room on the first floor. <br />Tamarac Fire Station No. 78 Design/Build, Tamarac, FL: KEITH, as a subconsultant partner to West Architecture, <br />provided civil engineering, permitting, traffic engineering, landscape architecture and construction services for the <br />replacement of the existing Tamarac Fire Station 78 located at 4801 W Commercial Blvd in Tamarac, Florida. The <br />9,300-SF facility was constructed with LEED-certified products. As a Design/Build project, KEITH has been an active <br />participant in determining costs and cost alternatives to keep overall costs within the anticipated budget.
