<br />Mr. Stephen Williams has been engaged in civil and transportation engineering
<br />design and construction in South Florida since 1970. Mr. Williams has served as
<br />the record engineer for numerous transportation, utility, water management,
<br />municipal, aviation, recreation, roadway and land development (governmental,
<br />residential, mixed-use and commercial) projects in South Florida. These include
<br />projects at Florida’s Turnpike, Miami International and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International
<br />Airports and multiple projects for the local municipalities, school districts and universities.
<br />Projects have included roadway and site engineering design and analysis (paving, grading,
<br />drainage, water and sanitary sewer design and construction administration) for both private
<br />and governmental clients. He has served as the general municipal civil engineering consultant
<br />to cities of Oakland Park, Miramar, Plantation, Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise, Pompano Beach and
<br />Tamarac throughout his career. Notably, Mr. Williams developed a SWMM EXTRAN computer
<br />model for the 55,000-acre Indian River Farms Water Control District. Mr. Williams also serves as
<br />the Firm’s Senior Quality Assurance /Quality Control (QA/QC) Officer and continuously monitors
<br />all projects for compliance with our established QA/QC Program.
<br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />City of Oakland Park, General Engineering Services, Oakland Park, FL: Mr. Williams served as
<br />the Project Manager, providing professional engineering services for projects identified in the
<br />City’s Capital Improvement Plan, Stormwater Master Plan, Community Development Program
<br />and miscellaneous engineering services. Projects included design services for drainage/
<br />stormwater management systems, water/wastewater utility systems, including related roadway,
<br />utility, environmental and permit related services; and landscaping.
<br />City of Pompano Beach Miscellaneous Civil Engineering Services, Pompano Beach, FL: KEITH
<br />has served as the General Engineering Consultant for the City of Pompano Beach for over 16 years
<br />on an as needed basis. All services of the firm are utilized including planning, civil engineering,
<br />surveying, subsurface utility engineering, and landscape architecture.
<br />Continuing Contract for Professional Engineering Services, Town of Southwest Ranches, FL:
<br />KEITH is providing civil engineering and civil engineering inspection and review services for this
<br />continuing services contract. Mr. Williams is serving as KEITH’s contract manager responsible
<br />for providing professional engineering services for projects identified in the City’s Capital
<br />Improvement Plan and miscellaneous engineering services.
<br />Margate CRA General Engineering Consulting Services, Margate, FL: KEITH is currently providing
<br />civil engineering, surveying, utility locating, landscape architecture, traffic and environmental
<br />services for this continuing services contract for the City of Margate CRA. Mr. Williams is serving
<br />as KEITH’s contract manager responsible for providing professional engineering services for
<br />projects identified in the CRA’s Capital Improvement Plan and miscellaneous engineering
<br />services. Signature projects include: Colonial Drive Traffic Calming, Pedestrian Routing and
<br />Streetscape Improvements; Winfield Boulevard Traffic Calming and Streetscape Improvements;
<br />Atlantic Boulevard Streetscape Improvements.
<br />City of Parkland Miscellaneous Engineering, Planning & Survey Services Contract, Parkland,
<br />FL: KEITH provides ongoing continuing services on an as needed basis for General Planning,
<br />Engineering and Surveying and Mapping services to the municipality. Some projects provided
<br />under these contracts include: Parkland Roundabout Conceptual Design, Tennis Center at
<br />Quigley Park, Holmberg Road Roadway Improvements, and miscellaneous topographic and
<br />boundary surveys for various municipal design contracts.
