Mr. Koggan has aided in the <br />production and submittal of plans, several reports, as well as different in <br />person inspections and cost estimations. Mr. Koggan’s involvement in <br />the private and public sector includes design for new development and <br />redevelopment projects with associated drainage and utility design throughout South Florida. <br />Mr. Koggan, while working with different professional engineers and city officials, has obtained <br />the necessary skills that qualify him as a great addition to the KEITH team. <br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Bennett Lifter Park Improvements, Miami Gardens, FL: Mr. Koggan assisted as a Project <br />Engineer for this project which included the design and construction of improvements to <br />a 2-Acre park in the City of Miami Gardens. Project included the renovation of an existing <br />assembly building, the demolition of existing tennis courts, the addition of new parking, <br />rehabilitation of existing parking and new LED lighting system with a combination of poles for <br />an existing parking lot and basketball court and pedestrian lighting, as well as new lighting <br />design for the proposed parking lot. Lighting design included photometric plans and 45’ and <br />25’ Height Light poles generating lighting levels as required. <br />NE 10th Street & NE 7th Avenue Improvements, Dania Beach, FL: This project consisted of the <br />extension of NE 10th Street to the east intersection with NE 7th Avenue and the reconstruction <br />of NE 7th Avenue from this intersection to the north intersection of Taylor Road. The project <br />proposed 2925-LF of 1294 PVC WM along NE 10th street, 1300-LF of 10” PVC WM along NE <br />7th Ave, 1400-LF of 1094 Gravity Sewer along NE 10th St, 1250-LF of 1094 Force main along <br />NE 7th Ave., and 1300-LF of 1094 Force main along NE 10th St. Mr. Koggan was a part of the <br />designing team for the proposed Water and Sewer system of the project and helped in the <br />collection and location of important as-built data. <br />ADA Compliant Bus Stop Improvements, Village of Pinecrest, FL: This project provided the <br />client with the design for ADA improvements to two high profile bus stops locations, new <br />bus shelters, concrete pads, sidewalks, and associated amenities. The project included the <br />coordination with the Village of Pinecrest, Miami-Dade Transit, and the Common Ground <br />Alliance to obtain underground utility verification, investigations and permitting. Some of <br />the site specific tasks Mr. Koggan performed and was a part of include: recording of the site <br />survey, designing the best option for the new bus stop locations, and generation and submittal <br />of proposed, demolition, and maintenance of traffic plans. <br />Broward County Transit Bus Shelters, Various Cities throughout Broward County, FL: Mr. <br />Koggan developed engineering plans for bus shelters within the right of way in various <br />Cities throughout Broward County. As part of this process soft digs of existing utilities were <br />performed in order to better design for any possible conflicts. In some cases utility relocation <br />was necessary. Mr. Koggan also carried out permitting tasks for various locations. <br />Taylor Lane Drainage Improvements, Dania Beach, FL: The improvements consisted of <br />reconstructing approximately 2,000 linear feet of roadway currently serving various Marinas <br />and Shipyards in the City of Dania Beach. The improvements include reconstructing the <br />roadway to a higher elevation and providing a drainage system to provide stormwater <br />Years of Experience4 <br />EducationM.S.
