Software experience includes Cascade 2001, ICPR, AutoCAD and Civil 3D. <br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />City of Pompano Beach & CRA Miscellaneous Civil Engineering Services, Pompano Beach, FL: <br />KEITH has served as the General Engineering Consultant for the City of Pompano Beach for <br />over 16 years. Many of the project assignments have been in the redevelopment of roadways, <br />parking facilities and utility infrastructure expansion and design. All services of the firm are <br />utilized including planning, civil engineering, surveying, subsurface utility engineering and <br />landscape architecture on these important municipal improvement projects. KEITH has played <br />an integral part in the planning and coordination between CRA redevelopment projects and <br />the City’s capital improvement projects providing foresight on infrastructure upgrades and <br />expansions. <br />Tamarac Fire Station No. 78 Design/Build, Tamarac, FL: KEITH, as a subconsultant partner <br />to West Architecture, provided civil engineering, permitting, traffic engineering, landscape <br />architecture and construction services for the replacement of the existing Tamarac Fire <br />Station 78 located at 4801 W Commercial Blvd in Tamarac, Florida. The 9,300-SF facility <br />was constructed with LEED-certified products. As a Design/Build project, KEITH has been an <br />active participant in determining costs and cost alternatives to keep overall costs within the <br />anticipated budget. <br />The Harbour – Historic Coconut Grove; Miami, FL: The project involves site demolition with <br />the exception of two historical boat hanger buildings for the development of three new <br />restaurants and retail shops. The existing parking will be removed and a parking garage with <br />retail space will be built whereby allowing for more green space. The two existing hangers will <br />be historically preserved and converted into retail space. Civil engineering services include the <br />design of a new surface parking needed to meet requirements of the City of Miami Planning <br />and Zoning Department and the Miami Parking Authority (MPA). Additionally, the parking <br />lot will include two on-site roundabouts along the main drive aisle, valet parking, sidewalks <br />with an ADA path to/from the buildings, pier, and boat docks. The parking lot was designed <br />for emergency vehicle and service truck access with the use of AutoTurn. Design included <br />demolition; paving, grading and drainage; signing and pavement marking; and a stormwater <br />pollution prevention plan. Project Role: Civil Project Engineer/Drafter. <br />Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (M-DWASD) Design-Build Services for the <br />Installation of a 48-inch Diameter Transmission Main for “Area N”, Miami, FL: Length: 6.7 <br />miles. This project included Design-Build services for the installation of a 48-inch diameter <br />transmission main to connect to the departments new 36-inch diameter water transmission <br />main project at SW 152nd Street and SW 127th Avenue.
