<br />TIMOTHY GRAY, PSMProject Surveyor II
<br />Mr. Gray is a Surveyor & Mapper with over 19 years of experience with surveying
<br />in South Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Florida’s Geomatics
<br />Program. His experience includes a variety of surveying assignments, including:
<br />Right-of-Way mapping, chain of title research and review, computations,
<br />topographic surveys, drainage surveys, ACSM/ALTA surveys, digital terrain
<br />models (DTMs), condominium surveys, and calculated parcel/construction stake outs. His
<br />experience has included projects for both public and private sector clients. Mr. Gray is proficient
<br />in the industry’s software including MicroStation XM, Leica Level-pac, GeoPak, Caice, and
<br />AutoCAD. He is also proficient in the processing of survey data including both Electronic Field
<br />Book (EFB) and Tripod Data Systems (TDS) Data collection.
<br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Miami Beach Continuing Contract – Dade Blvd Seawall Reconstruction, Miami Beach, FL: KEITH
<br />served as a subconsultant to WadeTrim on this reconstructive project of the seawall on the
<br />Venetian Causeway/Dade Boulevard in the city of Miami Beach. WadeTrim was tasked with the
<br />rebuilding of approximately 450-linear feet of the seawall. Mr. Gray provided a topographic
<br />survey to collect data at the intersection of Sunset Harbor Drive on the south side adjacent to the
<br />seawall.
<br />Pompano Beach Design/Build Pier Beach Parking Garage, Pompano Beach, FL: The new
<br />Pompano Beach Pier/Beach Parking Garage is located at the southeast corner of North Ocean
<br />Blvd. (S.R. A1A) and NE 3rd Street on a 3.5-acre site. The new parking garage includes five
<br />stories, 625 parking spaces, speed ramp to facilitate access to higher levels of the garage and
<br />some retail space on the ground level fronting NE 3rd Street and the new Pier Street. As part of
<br />the design-build team, led by Kaufman Lynn Construction, KEITH was responsible for Planning,
<br />Surveying, Utility Coordination/Investigation, Civil Engineering, Landscape Design, Permitting
<br />and Construction Inspection of the project.
<br />Martin Luther King Boulevard, Pompano Beach, FL: As a Project Surveyor, Mr. Gray was tasked
<br />with providing ASCE Standard Quality Level B (Designating) and Quality Level A (Locating)
<br />Subsurface Utility Engineering services to assist the design engineer on accurately identifying
<br />the existing utilities in order to mitigate conflicts with the proposed design.
<br />City of Pompano Beach and CRA General Engineering, Surveying and Mapping Services,
<br />Pompano Beach, FL: KEITH is currently providing general engineering, and surveying and
<br />mapping services to the municipality and CRA on an as needed basis for all transportation and
<br />municipal projects. Mr. Gray serves as the Senior Project Surveyor.
<br />FDOT District 4 Districtwide Surveying & Mapping Services FPID 425037-1-32-01, Broward
<br />County, FL: Mr. Gray served as the project surveyor on this Districtwide Surveying and Mapping
<br />Contract. For this contract, Mr. Gray completed multiple Task Work Orders including design
<br />surveys for I-95 at SW 10th Street (S.R. 869) and S.R. 845 (Powerline Road). In addition, this contract
<br />included major R/W Surveys for Interstate 75 in Miami Dade County and the FEC Railroad in Palm
<br />Beach, which included calculating the historic Baseline of Survey. He also completed the R/W
<br />Control Survey for 14th St Causeway (S.R. 844). As with all Districtwide contracts, this contract
<br />included miscellaneous tasks, such as additional DTM surveys, drainage as-builts, parcel stake-
<br />outs, both horizontal and vertical control needed for the various tasks.
<br />FDOT District 4 Districtwide Miscellaneous Survey Services, FPID 229922-4-32-01, Broward
<br />County, FL: Mr. Gray started this Districtwide contract as survey technician and later became
<br />TAB F - FIRM REFERENCES & SIMILAR WORK COMPLETED: SURVEYORS & MAPPING
