<br /> <br />◼ Mr. Fontaneau (as Senior) and Ms. Bosch <br />both handled the project management of <br />Vista Lago, a 36-acre multi-family residential <br />development in Miami Gardens. Services <br />encompassed the revisions of water, sewer <br />and PGD plans, along with the preparations <br />of SFWMD water use permit that comprised <br />of coordinating with the Landscape <br />Architect/Irrigation Consultants. <br /> <br />◼ The Town of Medley was experiencing <br />flooding and drainage problems. Mr. <br />Fontaneau as Senior Project Manager and <br />Ms. Bosch as Project Manager oversaw <br />several drainage improvements studies to <br />determine feasibility and costs of drainage <br />improvements needed to alleviate or eliminate flooding and drainage problems in the area. <br />The study included a complete topographical survey of the area, verification of Right-of- <br />Way, utility search, development of drainage alternatives (resulting in three alternatives that <br />also incorporated roadway improvements), drainage calculations, conceptual drainage <br />drawings, discharge outlets to canal and construction cost estimates. Ms. Bosch used the <br />stormwater and drainage software program ICPR, to facilitate the design plans. <br /> <br />◼ Mr. Fontaneau acted as Senior Project Manager in charge of the design plans, permitting, <br />and preparation of construction documents, along with providing pre-construction phase <br />support services to the City of Hialeah for the construction of NW 97th Avenue between NW <br />154th Street to NW 170th Street. Ms. Bosch with the use of the Storm and Sanitary Analysis <br />software program, formulated the design plans for the project and assisted Mr. Fontaneau. <br />Duties incorporated meeting with City of Hialeah staff and local regulatory agencies to <br />establish design guidelines, conducting a utility search and identification of existing utilities, <br />and review roadway design standards; design and preparation of construction documents <br />for the project that involved the preparation of summary of quantities, roadway plan and <br />profiles, roadway drainage, signage and marking plans, roadway lighting, MOT plan, <br />specifications, and engineer’s estimate of probable construction cost. Other responsibilities <br />comprised of coordinating land <br />development projects within the corridor, <br />topographical surveys, geotechnical <br />investigations, and all environmental <br />studies including wetland mitigation <br />reports, on top of preparation of ERP <br />permits. Permitting involved all <br />applicable regulatory agencies such as <br />City of Hialeah, SFWMD, USACE, <br />DERM, and MDPW. <br /> <br /> <br />15
