(3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE Check if project performed with current firm Roadway Design Engineer that provided engineering design, preparation of construction documents, plans processing and permitting for the construction of the west side of NW 97th Avenue within the Annex Area. Approximately 5,980 linear feet that required a minimum of 100’ wide roadway with four travel lanes, center median, gutter curb, and drainage system. The opposing intersections were redesigned to meet required plateau grades and drainage, along with sidewalks and ADA ramps. The roadway design also included environmental (wetland) permitting associated with the roadway construction, and a proposed canal culvert. (3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE Check if project performed with current firm Design Engineer responsible for design, permitting and associated construction phase services for the construction of residential development along Kings Point Drive in the City of Sunny Isles Beach. The development consisted of two towers, th e West Tower (a 17-story, 128-unit tower building and 850 space parking garage), and the South Tower (a 17-story, 128-unit tower building and surface parking lot). Planning included site requirements for stormwater management and drainage, water and sewer systems, paving and grading, and fire truck access. Meetings with Water and Sewer Departments, Fire Department and DRER. 27
