Approximately 5,980 linear feet <br />that required a minimum of 100’ wide roadway with four travel lanes, center median, gutter curb, and drainage system. The development consisted of two towers, th e <br />West Tower (a 17-story, 128-unit tower building and 850 space parking garage), and the South Tower (a 17-story, 128-unit <br />tower building and surface parking lot). Planning included site requirements for stormwater management and drainage, water <br />and sewer systems, paving and grading, and fire truck access. Meetings with Water and Sewer Departments, Fire Department <br />and DRER. <br />27
