(1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) City of South Miami – South Miami Sanitary Sewer Master Plan, South Miami, Florida (2) YEAR COMPLETED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 2015 CONSTRUCTION (If applicable) 2016 (3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE Check if project performed with current firm Project Manager for the preparation of a sanitary sewer master plan that required obtaining information on existing sewer systems, developing a conceptual master plan encompassing a layout of the proposed sewer systems and the estimated costs of projects. Services involved general project management such as attending meetings with City of South Miami and MDWASD staff to establish project guidelines and requirements. Additionally, we gathered all available data by performing site visits, reviewing available utility records, MDWASD sewer atlas, and as-build drawings. The preparation of the conceptual master plan involved 12 subarea master plans, design conceptual layout plans, determined if pump stations and force mains were needed, scheduled and attended meetings with the City to submit and review the Master Plan layouts plans and conceptual designs. Preparation of project cost estimates, calculated quantities, etc. Prepar ation of final report including our findings and recommendations, maps and subarea plans, calculations, impacts due to sea level rise, and estimated cost of construction and to City property owners. b. (1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) Countyline Corporate Park Hialeah, FL (2) YEAR COMPLETED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 2015 CONSTRUCTION (If applicable) 2017 (3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE Check if project performed with current firm Development of 504 Acres into an Industrial business center with approximately 8.3 million square feet of warehouses. Water and Sewer Master Planning for the overall 504 Acres contains the design of four City of Hialeah pump stations, approximately 37,500 linear feet of gravity sewer mains, 6,500 linear feet of sanitary sewer force mains and 30,175 linear feet of 12 -inch to 16-inch water main within the public right-of-way alone. Phase I of the overall development plan is approximately 160 Acres and is a portion of a previously permitted construction and demolition material landfill site located within the City of Hial eah annex. This project consists of the preparation of civil engineering design plans and specifications for the infrastr ucture necessary for the construction of approximately 2.3 million square feet of Industrial buildings for Phase I alone. The Phase I sewer pump station has sufficient capacity to service the 119,700 GPD peak flows generated by the Industrial Center. The w ater facilities design for this project contains approximately 2,640 linear feet of 16-inch water main along NW 158th Street as well as 18,000 linear feet of 12-inch water main within the property that provides the Industrial business based development wit h adequate fire protection and municipal water service.
