<br />Project Engineer for the civil engineering design plans and specifications for the construction of a preparation of civil
<br />engineering design plans and specifications for the construction of an approximately 152 -acre single-family and townhome
<br />residential development comprised of 1,171 residential units, including 487 single family homes, 118 townhouses, 253 villas,
<br />314 apartments, and single-family homes; as well as 16-acre lake. The project is located east of NW 97th Avenue between the
<br />NW 146th Street and NW 154th Street in the City of Hialeah. SRS services encompassed assisting in the site plan development
<br />and the civil design of all on-site roadways, paving and grading, drainage and storm water management systems, water and
<br />sewer systems, and a sewer pump station. Additional services were to design of off-site roadway improvements along adjacent
<br />portions of NW 97th Avenue and new roadways - NW 146th Street and NW 154th Street. Other services comprised of contracting
<br />and coordinating all geotechnical investigations; all environmental studies such as wetland mitigation reports and preparatio n
<br />of ERP permit. Permitting involved all applicable regulatory agencies: FDOT, SFWMD, USACE, RER, MDCPWD, City of Hialeah
<br />Water and Sewer Dept., Street Dept., and Fire Dept., and Health Dept.

<br />Project Engineer for the Civil Engineering review of contractor’s bid submittals for the Southern Cove Phase I residential
<br />development. The project involved preparation of site drainage (10, 25 & 100 year) calculations to meet local regulatory
<br />requirements (RER & SFWMD), with stage-storage and cut and fill calculations to meet drainage basin requirements.
<br />Additionally, SRS prepared on-site water, sewer utility plan, profiles, typical notes, and details. The task included meeting with
<br />MDWASD, Fire and RER to obtain system requirements, points of connection, and allocation verification.

<br />As an Engineering Consultant to the City of Hialeah, SRS Engineering, Inc. was responsible for the project management, design
<br />and preparation of construction documents for the construction of water and sewer improvements along NW 142 nd Street
<br />between NW 97th Avenue to NW 107th Avenue, and NW 107th Avenue between NW 138th Street to NW 142nd Street within the
<br />City of Hialeah Annex Area. This work incorporated contracting and coordinating all work with subconsultant firms such as
<br />Environmental Scientist, Surveyors, Geotechnical, and Electrical Engineers, and the preparation and submittal of design
<br />calculations, applications and plans for “dry-run” and “final” review by local regulatory agencies like City of Hialeah, Fire
<br />Department, RER (DERM), and Health Department. $121,000 Construction Costs: $2,495,000 Role: Civil Engineer of Record
<br />The proposed improvements consisted of the following:
<br />• New 5325 LF of 16-inch Water Main along NW 142nd Street from NW 97th Avenue to NW 107th Avenue
<br />• New 1,275 LF of 16-inch Water Main along NW 107th Avenue from NW 142nd Street to NW 138th Street
<br />• New 1,470 LF of 8-inch Sewer Force Main along NW 142nd Street from NW 102nd Avenue to approximately NW 104th

<br />• New 2,702 LF of 8-inch Gravity Sewer Main along NW 142nd Street from NW 102nd Avenue to approximately NW
